Meet Your Hosts
Raquel Barrantes is a movement teacher, mentor, and guide devoted to embodied wisdom and holistic living. Over the past decade, she has supported thousands of individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, deepening their sense of purpose, and learning to trust their inner wisdom.
Her work is rooted in personal transformation, moving through burnout, trauma, and disconnection to a more embodied and aligned way of living. Today, she creates spaces that support healing, balance, and expansion, with the intention of helping others elevate their well-being in a meaningful and sustainable way.
Having spent years joining group trips across Europe and East Africa, as well as solo backpacking through Southeast Asia, Quinton brings a global and deeply human perspective to the experiences he hosts. From trekking mountains to seeking out meaningful moments and connections, his approach is shaped by exploration and shared experience.
As a host, he focuses on curating groups of like-minded individuals who are drawn to growth, connection, and new experiences. With a strong interest in the wellness space, and as a student of Raquel’s work, an avid yogi, and someone connected to sound and mindful practices, he creates environments that feel both intentional and expansive.
His goal is to bring people together in a way that feels natural, grounded, and memorable.
