Corporate life never quite found me. Instead, the past 10 years have been shaped by building, exploring, and creating my own path. From launching a clothing line in Vietnam to building, a marketing agency in New York City, I’ve learned by doing, adapting, and staying curious. I spent time modeling, working in hospitality, and immersing myself in environments that taught me how people connect and experience brands. Those roles gave me a real understanding of energy, timing, and what makes something memorable. I learned firsthand how creativity and logistics come together to create impact. That naturally evolved into building.

Phase1Mgmt, a marketing agency focused on partnerships, storytelling, and community-driven growth. Along the way, I’ve worked across industries, collaborated with incredible people, and learned how to turn ideas into tangible experiences. Nothing has been linear, but every step has been intentional in its own way.

Travel has played a major role in shaping how I think and operate. Being exposed to different cultures, ways of life, and perspectives has expanded my vision of what’s possible, both personally and professionally. It’s taught me how to adapt quickly, communicate across worlds, and find inspiration everywhere.
I’ve built my career through relationships, creativity, and a willingness to take risks before I felt fully ready. I believe that growth comes from stepping into the unknown and figuring it out as you go. Each chapter, whether it was a win or a lesson, has contributed to the foundation I stand on today.
